We use SmartVault, a secure third-party client portal. Our website may provide a link that allows clients to access their SmartVault account if they choose to do so. Client information entered into SmartVault is governed by SmartVault’s own privacy and security policies.
Our website does not store client portal login credentials. When clients choose to access the SmartVault portal via our website, they are redirected to SmartVault’s secure login environment.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by legal, professional, and/or regulatory obligations.
1.8 AI Use
We use a tax-specific AI platform solely to support tax research. No personal client information is used or shared with the platform at any stage, and the AI platform does not collect any personal information whatsoever. We otherwise do not use AI to prepare client deliverables, automate decisions, or interact with clients via chatbots.
Any research output is checked against authoritative sources and professional judgement.

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what is being collected, why, and how it will be used.
